I think if you sew a patch across the bottom saying "Saskatoon" or "Saskatchewan" then you'd be in trouble. From what I understand, in biker-gang jacket lingo there is the gang name at the top, the crest in the middle, and the "region of control" on the bottom. It's this "region of control" that causes conflicts between gangs - for obvious reasons.

That said, best to stay away from that sort of thing altogether - I might be wrong about all that...
