This is a Saddleman's Adventure Track. It fits on my 1200GS

That seat looks pretty good (the GS seat, not the old chair!)
Could probably do 1000 km days on that.

Seat update:
Finally plated the GS and took it to Regina and back. The first 100ish km I wasn't too sure what i had gotten myself into, it felt like I was sitting on 2 sticks, but i have read other people's reviews and most said to give it about 500 km. after about 200km I was already settling into it. The ride home I felt good all the way, although once i was home i was pretty tired all over (wedding celebrations the night before and then fighting the downpour and 35km/hr crosswind most of the way home), however my lower back which plagued me with the stock seat after about 200km was fine using the new one.
The seat feels like it rides much higher than stock, and is much firmer. You are able to adjust body position quite easily, as the material is not overly grippy. The lack of pressure down your centerline is quite apparent as soon as you sit down, and until I got used to it, it felt a little off (I feel it more in my hips). It may just be me, but I felt like I had better feel and response while cornering ( maybe because the firmness I feel the road better? And because of the rails I felt my weight was transferred into the the corner more without having to shift as much in the saddle).
Any way that is my initial impressions in the 2 short rides so far. I do yet want to get out and put in a 1000k day for better comparison.
