have the Heidis on my V Strom and pretty happy with them. 18000 on the front and I changed the rear at about 12000 but it would have been good for a few thou more except I was leaving on a trip
Better check the rotation on that front one, it looks to be on backwards.

You should have an arrow on the tire showing the rotation. The e07 front should be installed like this:

as the wheel spins that does not split the water out. it traps it. you sure thats on right?

Yep! Same thing with the K60 Heidi. Not sure how it works but like you said, something about water.

My metzler Sahara 3 is the same, I thought it was on backwards too but it's not.

The reason as I understand it is you want traction from the front wheel under braking not acceleration so that is whay it is reversed from the rear.
