Just got this in the post today, pretty happy despite the price tag due to the exchange rate. Pretty sure I could pack for at least one overnight with this bag the way it telescopes up to almost twice the height.

Nice tank bag! I've never heard of the brand before. 20L is huge

I tried a couple bigger tank bags on my bike over the winter and didn't like any. When u stand up its right in your croch. No good
Only the giant loop ones are designed and shaped forward so you don't hit them when you stand up.

I'd say the profile looks pretty much the same as the GL to me as far as it leaning forward. In the picture it's in 12L mode. When you extend it than it's 20L and than yes you would hit your crotch. That big rectangle on the top is just the map holder, it velcros on. Not sure if I'll use it other than long trips.
They sell a smaller bag as well, one that's 7L and expands upwards to 12L. Just after that 3 hour ride to Saskatoon from home, I wanted something that I could cram just about everthing I needed into.
If you are just trailering all the time, yeah smaller is another option.
