No more changing batteries on my gopro!!

Never have to change the gopro battery again. Was tired of charging batteries especially when sledding.

Xpower kit from 3BR

get whatever size cords you want. comes with 18" i got 54" to goto my inside pocket to batt pack.

Fits perfect under the visor.

Still have to mount the cord to helmet so it doesnt flap around

Bought batt pack with 10,000 capacity

This batt pack has 2 USB ports so you could charge something else at same time if you needed to

Tested the setup. Set camera on record in morning.

ended up turned it off after 10hrs

Cool. How much memory do you have in the camera? My Garmin Virb I think can only take a 60GB microSD max, which gives it around 6 hours of record time on 1080P 30FPS.

I'll have to try to find a 128 GB card and see if it works in mine too.

Nice to get rid of that pesky battery problem! And if you've got 12 hours of hi-def recording on one card that means that for most rides you don't have to worry about the camera at all - just let 'er run!

Updated the mounts that hold the cable around helmet. Original ones were not very good and didnt hold the cable good at all.

These ones wont move anywhere unless i crash on my head

Used this setup for bunch of rides now. So nice not to switch batteries anymore

Pulled out my go pro today finally, charged it up, can't get it to turn on..
That sure looks slick. Might have to look into it myself

you will want to order the 24" cable with it. then just find a 1.5ft usb extension cable online
