Hey Guys I am new to the club. I am wondering what most guys where for riding pants? I ride a KLR and like to do some off road. Looking for some pants that offer good protection and not to hot.

Welcome to the club A&W! I like over the boot riding pants. Tough material, lots of venting and baggy enough if you want to wear knee pads. Shift, Fox, Thor etc all make a similar pant: https://www.canadasmotorcycle.ca/shift- ... pants.html

Most rides I put on a good pair of bib Carhartts and some leather mitts. It's all about the ride.

I wear the Scorpion Deuce pants from my sport bike days. They have a waterproof removable liner for when it's cooler out and lots of mesh for when it's hot. They have armour in the knees/shins and padding in the hips. Only problem is the mesh areas are tough to clean when they get muddy.

I have the Rev it Sand 2 pants and jacket, they work good for all that I do. Sizing was a little tricky cuz I ordered them from blackfoot and had to ship them back for a better size.
