Does anyone know anywhere in Saskatoon or near that sells Dual Sport Boots? I've used MX boots in the past and they were stiffer than I'd like for city and dual sport riding. Found a few boots online I want, just don't want to deal with returns if fit isn't right. Something like this... |

I bought my Alpinestar WP Scouts at Ffun Motorsports a few years back. Comfy boots for long miles and walking around abit there is definetly a trade off in protection. They are 100% waterproof |

Speaking of boots, I tried on some Alpinestars and Fox boots today and none of them are reasonably sized in the leg for me. I am an 11, and tried on Fox Comp 3 size 14s and couldn't close the buckles. I am a large individual and my legs are certainly a lot thicker than the average rider, but my old Alpinestar Tech 3 boots will at least close up around my leg. The new Tech 3's (size 12) would buckle up, but there was an actual hole at the front of the boot where it is supposed to overlap, so my shin was exposed. Anyone here with thicker calf muscles, and if so what do you do for boots? For me, riding without an MX or a high, solid dual-sport boot is like riding without a helmet. |
