With my recent knee injury and pointdexters knee injury.

For you guys that like to ride offroad It should be part of your gear. Dont take much to injure your knee. I wasnt even going fast. lost balance touch my foot down and twisted knee a bit.

If i had the brace protection nothing prob would have happened to my knee. Pointdexters knee im sure would have been much less damage as well

Everyone always waits till after they injure them self before getting protection.

Not cheap but missing work for weeks or months will cost much more. Time, Hassle, insurance if u have any, cant do anything, hurts to do anything. or screwing your whole riding trip like mine.

I just ordered the Mobious X8 knee protection from Rec Supply. Theres different ones but i liked these ones the best. http://www.mobiusbraces.com/

heres the video of my crash. if you can watch it in slow motion. there was a 45 degree tree root turned my front wheel to right a bit so i put my left foot down so i wouldnt tip over. Twisted it a bit and fell over.

The twisting poping knee thing doesnt feel very good

Chris Birch had to double me back down. couldnt put any pressure on that leg

Here's what my knee looks like as of Thursday. Knee braces probably saved me from a pretty gross compound fracture in the back country. Managed to ride out on my own. Certainly wasn't fun but made it. Braces are a nice bit of gear and worth every penny if you buy a good set

They fit so nice. Glad i got these ones. You can get white ones if you prefer. Pants cover them anyways.

Easy to put on. Not bulky at all

Bend your knees no problem

Heres a cheaper alternative. They work really good for the price. I use these for sledding.

From rec supply. Make sure its this model.

Think was $120
