Here's the light on the bike as of now:
And the switch mounted on the left side plastics:
I'm planning to put a wedge of some kind of foam or rubber between the bracket and the fender to minimize the bouncing. Any ideas for a material that is elastic but won't degrade would be good. I'm thinking a wedge of packing foam or something.

Light comparison using camera on phone:
High and low beam together,
High and low plus LED,
Bit of a 3/4 front view,
The view kind of occludes the LED on the fender but you can see it there. Still working on how to minimize the bounce.
