Anyone got a recommendation for quick release straps? I think the only 2 riders I've seen with it are Safety Stu and BaroqueJa. I love the idea, but the one I'm looking at uses velcro, and that never lasts, especially in the dirt. |

You'd need a helmet with hard points to mount to. I've only seen that on kevlar helmets as a rail system (and I guess the airsoft/paintball inspired copies); nothing remotely DOT/Snell of course. I'd be very, very uncomfortable redoing something like the chin strap rivets to accept a hard mount/rail. Really, I am kinda surprised with the popularity of GoPros nobody seems to make a helmet with something like rails or hard mounts, least not that I know of. |

Thanks Ben, I'm thinking of something more like these: Factory Effex: https://fortnine.ca/en/factory-effex-goggle-quick-strap or Roko: https://www.motosport.com/roko-goggle-quick-straps |

Actually the Velcro works really well even in the dirt. I used them for years. |
