Well i measured my xr250 and it has a 36" seat height and i ride it pretty hard on the back road and fields, some bush riding. So im going to assume that a 35 " seat would be ok for street and off road.

A useful resource for seeing bike specs is . They pretty much have every bike that exists in their database. It'll usually list seat heights among other things.
