Oh, and check out the Red Rock Bakery and Cafe. They make an interesting egg bagel as a breakfast sandwich.
It's located here on the main drag:

Hey John when are you heading down? Is there a way of reaching you when you're done there? We should meet up and ride some trails

left yesterday afternoon and arived in moab @ 4:30pm today! I will pm you my cell number. I took a trip up to sand flats this afternoon(I have to do slick rock trail!) and the terrain is just so bizzar and foreign for a flatlander. Watched a few side by sides climb 'little lions back'..... good god I am gonna have to grow a 3rd ball or something... drove up and down it just to get rid of some angst.... it should be great. Should be doing lockheart tmr with some guys I met from collorado.... dual sporter's are the best! anyway I think I might be pulling the pin wed evening though and going to vegas.

Why in God's name would you pull the pin on Moab???!?!!!????
Lockhart Basin is an awesome trail, but unless you're a pretty good off-roader you'll need some help to get the KLR through a couple of obstacles. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Got your pm john, thanks. See you soon We were getting the trailer ready to go on Friday and started joking about taking Brad's parents RV instead of the jeep... One thing led to another and here we are in Utah driving a gigantic, 38 foot motorhome towing a trailer with a couple bikes on it  This was around 6am this morning in northern Montana The wiper broke and needed a spacer. Tools are for fixing things, right? Lots if ice buildup on the bikes after the snow in the mountains. In Salt lake city its actually warm out. warmer than I think I've felt outside in the last 6 months
