I also have to say what a great story, that takes balls to fly and buy then ride home, I'm sure it was an epic trip and even your pictures don't do it justice.

Thanks for reading, folks! As this was my first ride report, I`m looking for any critique you may have on it. For instance, pictures - would you prefer more, less, bigger, smaller, more of the bike, more people, more landscapes, etc. Writing is something that I`ve just started getting into, so any input in that regard is greatly appreciated! Give me what you`ve got - I can take it! |

Jason, that was a great read. I wouldn't change your style at all. Entertaining story, thoughtful pictures, and just enough detail to round it all out...all good in my estimation. I'm in Saskatoon and enjoy solo riding as well. If you're interested in group rides this season, there's some great guys on this forum who like to get together and go out for a rip on a regular basis. They are also excellent sources of technical information as many of them have, or had, KLRs at one time. Welcome to the club! |

Hey, thanks for the replies, guys! And Oivn, it would be cool to get out for some rides with some of the folks here come spring time. Or if anyone is wanting to ride now, I'm always out there! Well, not this weekend, it's been a bit nippy, but if it's warmer than -25 ambient I'm generally on 2 wheels! |
