Lots of places to visit and to have a beer, we picked this place. The Red Onion Saloon, an old brothel from the gold rush.

What a fantastic trip Eric, thanks for all the pics. I am going to have to do that trip for sure,think a wr250r would make it?

The Klondike Hwy took us out of Skayway. We went thru the White Pass and over the continental divide before crossing back into Canada. We had a late lunch at Jakes Corner, great place to stop, they have great food, service and are motorcycle friendly. Once we started our way south on the Stewart-Cassiar Hwy in BC, I realized that the trip was coming the an end soon but there was a few more places I was looking forward to see. Jade City was one of those and a great place to buy souvenirs and gifts. http://www.jadecity.com/

Once we were done shopping in Jade City, the next stop was Dease Lake for fuel. From there we took the Telegraph Creek road to the small town of Telegraph Creek 110 km away. I would describe that road as a small version of the Grand Canyon. If you ever take the Cassiar hwy, you have to go to Telegraph Creek.

On our way to Telegraph Creek we could see these signs everywhere, fish bags? I thought... maybe the guy is french... bag of fish maybe? So we decided to see where it would take us. It took us to a summer camp on the reserve and yes the guy was selling fish bags! we talked with him for some time and than is said that for the right "donation" he may have some fish! So we left with a big bag of Wild Sockeye Jerky.

We found this campground just south of Dease Lake for $10 If I remember it right. On that evening, we sat by the river, drank beer/wine and ate Sockeye Jerky, doesn't get any better than that.
