North meets Shorty 2015

Below are a few initial pics from the "North meets Shorty" trip this weekend. Shorty is great, but hopefully next time we get a few more Regina (and other southern Sask) folks out!

Here are a few pics. The Ranger Station camping area was full, but Shorty found us a great site just on the Alberta side of the border. It was perfect for our group - two small sites tucked away in the forest with no one else around for us to piss off. Great job Shorty!

It was some awesome riding and good times! I'm really glad I made it down! The campfire steak was amazing!

Wish I could have made this one but we are sluming it up at Narrow Hills the last few weeks.
Cypress is beautiful country.
Looks like it was a great time.

It was a great time and awesome camping spot. I'm glad we didn't end up at the ranger station - the site Shorty found was much nicer. Definitely worth going back there!

Thanks Crew for a fun weekend, I rode the TCAT back from Elkwater to Saskatoon. All I can say is 34degC riding a KLR with gear is an adventure over two days, I don't think I'll do again. The scenery is incredibly, but just too hot out.
