Title about says it all.

Some of the Guys form Sask Dual Sport gave me a call a while back about wanting to go riding here in Alberta, specifically in the Rockies. So being the nice guy I am I said "Sure, Why Not".. End of Sept you Say? Ummmmm... probably not the greatest, but whatever, I'm in....

So, despite the Snow of last week the poor conditions and less than wonderful temperatures, they were unwilling to give up the opportunity to go riding in the mountains. it's be fun they said, what could be more fun than riding in the Rockies? I dunno... Root Canal?

Still, despite the less than perfect weather we did manage to get up the side of a mountain, all be it on Logging roads, and surprisingly only a little snow on the road...

There was a fair bit of Mud, in fact there was a lot of it. The Sask guys were all like 'Just like Home!' I'm not so sure they were all that sane to be honest. But still it was a fun day....

Well it was, until they thought that since the open roads were clear then the trails themselves can't be all that bad, Right? Right?

Wrong!

All in All, it was a blast of a Saturday, found some new trails that I have to go back to and try out once the weather improves.

Till next time, you freaking crazy Saskatchewanians!

Thanks Dave! It was a great ride plus the weather and snow wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be lol.

Let's do it again next year. I'll take your advice and aim for summer months next time
