I took a nice tour down to lone rock area from Lloyd yesterday and it turned out to be a great back road ride. Thought I would share some pics. This sign lied! I got through just fine

Glad you enjoyed them Snobear.. I just picked up a waterproof camera so I will be taking pictures when I go riding a lot more and will be sure to share what I find.

Yup, I love those views. And pics never do them justice, do they! Canadians recently voted Sask to have the worst scenery (or biggest lack of scenery) in Canada. I think they're all nuts! We've got tons of nice scenery here.

Pictures definitely don't do them justice, and I agree they are nuts. I think most of Canada has only seen what's along the major highways travelling through sask. I love riding the grid roads and seeing what can be found. Doesn't matter if its rutted, muddy, or freshly grated, there is always something that puts a smile on my face every ride!

I have spent about a third of my life in BC. I can appreciate if someone drives through the trans Canada and that all they see it would suck. Don't have to go far off to see some great country (Cypress).
As far as I can see if they stay away there is more room for us. Just flew over Northern SK on a fishing trip to Misaw Lake in the NE corner of SK. This is a diverse and incredible Province.
11 hours in the Points North Airport on a delay did SUCK though!
