Oh man that looks like fun!! It's always best once the crop is off and there hasn't been any winter crops seeded yet. You can really rip across the fields for miles and miles - especially some of those that I saw in your video that are freshly harrowed and nice and smooth!
Look for lentil stubble - it's usually pretty smooth!

Awesome video. Where abouts was that? I managed to get out yesterday. Promised my mother a fall ride. Went for about 5 hours southeast of Regina.
Is that a GoPro? How long of a clip can you do on it? Seriously looking at one for next spring.
