I decided to list my 2010 WR250R. I’m on the fence as far as selling it, but if I can get what I’m after out of it I will let it go.
I bought the bike used in the fall of 2011 with roughly 1700km on it. Present odometer reading shows 3233km (a tad higher than actual, I ran a smaller front sprocket for about 1000km with no correction). I’ve added heated grips, Acerbis handguards, a 12v outlet, ram i-phone mount and a Nomadic rack. The bike also has Wolfman E10 saddle bags, peak tail bag, enduro tank bag, fender bag (never used), duffle bag and tank panniers (never used), and two 1-gallon rotopax (one has never been used).
The only small flaw on the bike is a tiny dent on the top of the fuel tank that is hardly noticeable. Still lots of life left on the chain and sprockets. Front tire is probably 75%, rear is 55-60%. Bike is presently lowered as far as it would go with factory settings, but can easily be changed back.
The only reason I’m looking to sell is I simply don’t use it enough. I’ve got nobody local to ride with, and I just bought a new fishing boat to further eat away at my riding time.
I’m looking for $5300 fully equipped, or $4900 without the Wolfman luggage and rotopax setup. I’m somewhat firm on the price and won’t entertain lowball offers. I’ve got a fair bit of gear that I can sell along with the bike, mostly L/XL and size 11 boots. I won’t separate the gear, rotopax or luggage at this time, if the bike doesn’t sell I’d like to keep it.
