Finally found the perfect bike for SirenKLX! And it already had a dualsport sticker on it!

Got her all tuned up today, took off those green spoke covers, set suspension, bought some bolts that were missing and peeled of some of the bad decals then took her out for a rip! Pretty fun bike but I see now that it's not a highway cruiser. I may hear it higher for when we ride more slab but so far in sure the wife will appreciate the power upgrade.

Yeah, that DRZ gearing makes a guy scratch his head. It's such a great bike, but you have to decide what your speed range is going to be for the day. I'd kill for a 6th gear or an overdrive 5th!! My current compromise is a set of wheels with highway commuter gearing and a set with garden tractor (trail tractor??) gearing. Works great if you don't hit up highway and bushwacker trails in the same ride.

There was a wide ratio 5 gear set at one time, http://www.thumpertalk.com/topic/972833 ... six-speed/Not sure if you can still buy it or not. The KTM 690 has the same problem, it's a 6 speed but basically it's 1st and 6th are same as the suzook's 1st and 5th. My KTM is not as low geared as Jen's bike is, but I'm learning to get used to going a bit faster and slipping the clutch more.

Bob, if you need a clutch for the 690 I've got an EBC kit, complete with the gasket and springs. Let me know if you're interested...
