I have both too,if you are doing a dualsport ride like multiple trails and some slab, the dualsport helmet is the way too go. The ds helmet offers better protection from bugs and has great airflow when moving fast, but in the woods you find yourself with the visor up,and it can get warm. If I am offroad,mx helmet and goggles.
